Rules

Here are the rules for taking the TJMaxxfeedback survey:

• Eligibility: To take the TJMaxxfeedback survey, you must be a legal resident of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Honduras, or the Republic of Korea, and you must be at least 18 years old.
• Entry: To enter the sweepstakes, you must complete the survey and provide your contact details, including your name and email address. You are allowed to enter the sweepstakes only once per month.
• Prize: Each month, one winner will be selected from all the eligible entries received during that month. The winner will receive a $500 TJMaxx gift card.
• Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within 10 days of the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification within 10 days of receipt, or an alternate winner may be selected.
• Redemption: The survey confirmation code must be used within 30 days of receipt, and it can be redeemed only once. The confirmation code cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Employees: TJMaxx employees, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household as an employee are not eligible to enter the sweepstakes.
• Taxes: The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize.
• Void where prohibited: The TJMaxxfeedback survey and sweepstakes are void where prohibited by law.
